Terms of Business
Payment by cheque or postal order should be made payable to Saxfield Dahlias and should accompany all orders.
Due to bank charges on returned cheques all costs incurred will be charged.
No order will be accepted under £10 (plus P&P) and a minimum of three cuttings per cultivar will apply.
Carriage and Packing
1-12 mini plants £6.50
13-24 mini plants £7.50)
Thereafter £5.00 per extra 12 cuttings.
Prices quoted are for Special Next Day Delivery.
Rooted cuttings will be sent from mid-March onwards unless we are advised differently (see order form).
On receipt of plants they should be potted on into 3.5” pots and kept frost free until the end of May.
Plants may be collected strictly by appointment only
Guarantee.
We guarantee to refund payment for plants which fail to satisfy on arrival providing the complaint is made promptly and the goods returned immediately.
We cannot be held responsible for local postal disputes and it is the responsibility of the customer to notify us and arrange for alternative methods of delivery.
